Rules for using the Baikal VPN service

By using the Baikal VPN account and Services operated by Baikal Development - FZCO, you agree to these Terms.

Payment for a subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including consent to recurring payments.

1. Users of the Services

The Services are provided to legally capable individuals aged 18+.

Bot-registered accounts are prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

Purpose

Baikal VPN is intended to enhance security and privacy. Services are NOT intended to bypass blocks set by competent authorities.

Prohibited actions

  • Accessing resources blocked in your country.
  • Disrupting Company networks/servers.
  • Infringing intellectual property.
  • Spam, phishing, malware distribution.
  • Unauthorized access to devices.

Any account engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated without refund.

3. Limited warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim for 99.95% monthly uptime.

  • Uptime < 99.95% and ≥ 99.0% — 10% credit.
  • Uptime < 99.0% — 30% credit.

5. Privacy

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

We follow a no-logs policy.

6. Payment and recurring charges

Recurring payments consent

By paying for any Baikal VPN plan, you consent to auto-renewing subscription (recurring payment).

Pricing

  • 1 month — 249 RUB.
  • 3 months — 575 RUB.
  • 1 year — 1643 RUB.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for service failures or duplicate charges. Contact: brytyzk777@gmail.com.

7. Plan / billing cycle changes

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in app settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.

8. Right to refuse the service

  • Access remains until the end of the paid period.
  • No refunds for unused part of the period (except service failures).
  • Auto-renewal is stopped.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise the Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by UAE law.
